We also ordered dishes like spicy Mao Xue Wang (ๆฏ›่ก€ๆ—บ), stir-fried baby bok choy, tomato lime pickles, and Suzhou's traditional bread, which tastes similar to Korean steamed bread. I especially loved the Suzhou bread and kept dipping it into the crayfish sauce. Its fluffy yet chewy texture was completely to my liking. Matouxiang ้ฉฌๅคด้ฆ™ is such a famous restaurant in Suzhou that even at night, it was bustling with customers. The entire street was filled with Matouxiang buildings, which was quite fascinating.
