This hotel in Suzhou is the right one to stay at!

Recording the experience of staying at Niccolo Suzhou🏙️During the Spring Festival, I stayed at Niccolo Suzhou with my family. When I booked the room, the reviews online were mixed, but we decided to give it a try with the mentality of experiencing it first. Due to the Chinese New Year, the hotel was packed with guests. We had to queue up to check in, and the room cleaning was slow. One of the three rooms we booked was not cleaned until four or five in the afternoon. However, it is understandable given the large number of guests. The hotel is located in the IFS Center of Suzhou Industrial Park, with an excellent geographical location. It is only a few minutes' walk to Eslite Bookstore and Moonlight Pier. The overall style of the hotel is modern and elegant, and the rooms are also in the simple style that I like. Standing at an altitude of more than 400 meters and looking down, you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Suzhou. Some people say that it is a high-altitude version of "All Seasons", but it is not the case. The hotel service is remarkable. Even when the hotel is fully booked, the service level does not drop. At least my needs are responded to efficiently. However, it is indeed noisy when there are too many guests during the holidays, and the breakfast experience is also worse. Speaking of breakfast, I need to talk about it in detail. Breakfast is in the form of buffet + a la carte. The variety is not particularly rich, but it completely suits my appetite. I always eat two servings of a la carte waffles, and I still miss it now 🤤~ The hotel's dessert plates also suit my aesthetic taste. I took a special look at the brand, which is from Germany's Villeroy & Boch. The hotel's turndown service is also quite unique. Every time we came back from going out at night, we would find that the bed was already made. The turndown gift was different every night. The first night was chocolate, and the second night was This Works sleep spray. However, I need to complain about the hotel bed. In the middle of the night, my husband turned over and the mattress woke me up, which was really laughable.
