The room structure is cleverly arranged, not square, giving people a desire to explore. The bathroom design is unique and practical. If conditions permit, I would really like to copy the design to my own home. 🛌Amenities/Facilities 1. Room Amenities: The suite is spacious, with a sophisticated layout and high-quality amenities. It has similarities to the designs of Grand Hyatt Shanghai and Four Seasons Guangzhou, greatly enhancing the hotel's style. 🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene The soundproofing is excellent. You can hardly hear outside noise in the room, allowing you to enjoy a quiet resting environment. The hygiene is very well maintained. The rooms and public areas are spotless, making you feel at ease. 💗Other Tips 1. Hotel prices fluctuate greatly. Pay more attention to price changes when booking. Free night stays are cost-effective. If you find a suitable one, don't hesitate to book it directly. 2. There are many attractions around the hotel. Plan your travel route in advance and make full use of the excellent location. 3. The Regency Club offers excellent service. Be sure to experience it if you have the opportunity. You can learn about the opening hours and service content in advance. Service Experience The concierge service at the entrance is professional and flawless. The young lady who checked me in seemed like an intern. Although she was a little shy, her attitude was serious. The Regency Club staff were warm and attentive. During dinner, when a customer praised a dish, the staff noticed that there was not much left and took the initiative to ask the kitchen if they could make a separate portion. The thoughtful service made people feel very favorable. Dining Experience The hotel carries on Hyatt's tradition, and the quality of its food is trustworthy. Breakfast and Regency Club dinner are both excellent. The xiaolongbao (small steamed buns) for Saturday breakfast are delicious but limited. You need to get them with a ticket. They are not available on Sundays. Although there are not many dishes, they are exquisite and delicious. There are also freshly made knife fish wontons. The dishes at the Regency Club are not only filling, but also above the standard in terms of taste. Personally, I feel that Hyatt's Regency Club is better than Marriott's lounge. With its excellent location, attentive service, high-quality dining, and excellent facilities, Hyatt Regency Suzhou is an excellent accommodation choice for traveling to Suzhou.
