A new Suzhou noodle shop called "Mian Ruo Taohua" has opened on the second floor of Haishi Shantang, a new popular spot in Suzhou. The seasoning is a little different from typical Suzhou noodles. It uses a green tea called "Bi Luo Chun", a specialty of Suzhou, for the seasoning. I ordered "Bi Luo Chun Tea and Oil Dry Noodles", a mixed noodle dish of Bi Luo Chun tea and scallion oil. The tea and scallion oil noodles go surprisingly well together!
