After hiking down the Zig Zag Track on Mount Wellington, we couldn't miss visiting Australia's oldest brewery — Cascade Brewery! Not only does it offer exceptional local beers, but the entire building itself is steeped in history. Its vintage and majestic exterior makes it a perfect spot for photos. Inside the restaurant, we tried several craft beers with different flavors. Each one was unique, with a rich taste that wasn't overly bitter — perfect for unwinding after a hike. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy, and the outdoor seating offered stunning mountain views, creating an amazing atmosphere. We also ordered a serving of Fish & Chips, which was perfectly crispy and paired wonderfully with the beer — a perfect combo. Whether you're a local or a tourist, Cascade Brewery is a must-visit destination in Hobart, blending history and flavor seamlessly!
