Not only did the staff grill the meat for us, but they were also there to help us. ☑︎Samgyeopsal 180g 17.0 It was thick and satisfying. It was sweet and delicious. ☑︎Gabrisal 180g 18.0 This is the "back belly meat". It's a pentagonal red meat about the size of a human hand that is found at the joint between the shoulder loin and the loin. It's softer and chewier than samgyeopsal. The taste and shape are similar to pork belly and it was delicious. Both meats are served with a light onion sauce. (They didn't have lettuce or anything.) We got a free stew. It was filled with vegetables and clams and was very delicious.
