View of the sea @ Khao Kao Saen Temple, Songkhla Province

Wat Khao Kao Saen is located in Khao Rup Chang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Songkhla Province. It is another temple with a long and ancient history in Songkhla Province. The area inside the temple is well-organized. There are places to sit and relax, which are full of trees, creating a cool atmosphere. You can also sit and enjoy the cool sea breeze. This temple is home to a large Buddha statue in the Mara-Vijaya posture for people to pay homage to. When you walk down, you will see a large rock called “Hua Nai Rang”. There is a belief that if you can push this rock, you will be blessed. From this point, you can see a beautiful view of Chalatat Beach and Koh Nu and Koh Maew. It is very beautiful.
