• Coffee story, Songkhla Old Town ☕️✨ At first, I intended to drink specialty coffee, which is hard to find in Songkhla, but someone recommended that I try savory food as well, which did not disappoint. The food is fusion style and uses good ingredients from famous sources. The food tastes good and has a unique identity. I tried a new dessert menu that was just served today for the first time. As for the coffee, I tried robusta coffee from Saba Yoi, which is fermented in wine barrels. I smelled rum from the grinding process. When I went through the siphon process and smelled it before drinking, I felt a spicy smell. When I drank it, I noticed a floral aroma. When it cooled down, it was even stronger. There was a sweetness like brown sugar that lingered in the throat as an aftertaste. This is a robusta coffee that has more than I thought and had ever drunk.
