🦅 🐧 Fun Filled Day at Jurong Bird Park 😊

Jurong Bird Park is the largest bird park in Asia. A sprawling park of over 20 hectares, it houses more than 5000 birds across 40 species. It was opened in 1971, more than 50 years ago and many people my age will remember fondly our primary school excursion to Jurong Bird Park. Sadly, the park will close come 3 Jan 2023, bring down the curtains to it's glorious past and memories of more than one generation. It will move to Mandai and be house next to the Singapore Zoo. I brought my family for a visit before the close. They enjoyed it so much to see the birds, the show at the amphitheater, the 🐧 penguins, 🦅 eagles and 🐦 parrots . And who can miss out the iconic waterfall. The visit is also educational as kids can learn so much from the visit. From now till 3 Jan 23, the tram ride within the park is free. They are also providing free shuttle from Jurong East MRT at 10 mins interval to encourage more visitors to visit before the closure.
