Tamjai Samgor Mixian brand is a restaurant chain in Hong Kong. Their brand has over 12 years of history and the first restaurant under the brand in Hong Kong was opened in 2008.In 2020, they open the first restaurant under tge brand in Singapore. I visit the restaurant at Bedok Mall basement 1, just opposite bedok mrt station east line. Scan the QR code on the table to order, step 1- choose ingredient more than 20 types to choose, step 2 - choose the soup base around 6 types ot doup base, step 3 - choose spicness. If you cannot make up your mind like me, choose Cross bridge mixian with 16 assorted toppings for your taking. I also order the TuFei Chicken Mid wings which i feel slightly salty.
