What’s so special about this restaurant is that they offer four different options of broths to choose from: Pork broth, spicy broth, squid ink broth, as well as basil and olive oil broth. I’d never heard of such unique broths before and hope to come back to try the other broths! You can also customise how you intense you want your broth to taste and how done your noodles will be.
