Conveniently Comfortable

Location is ideal as it's very centralised with a mall underneath. Lift lobby staff were very welcoming however front desk could be more hospitable. Requests were all met without any issues which was nice! Rooms were clean although it would be better if the beds for my room was an actual king sized rather than double beds. It also comes with microwave oven & even a toaster which I've never seen before in hotels! Ordered room service for breakfast & lunch which was not only delicious (particularly the Oakwood burger), but time efficient as well, all done using the tablet in room. Not forgetting the ledge of the half windows was a great addition to relax by the window. Lounging by the infinity pool was my highlight! Great outdoor setting with beautiful view of the city at the end of the pool. It's a good thing the pool closes late - seeing the city lights up was a gorgeous sight! Went for morning & night swim, the pool temperature was just right despite winds here and there. Ending off my highlights were the super soft & comfy bathrobe and slippers!
