This trip was full of charm, fun, and unforgettable moments that made me want to go back again and again! 🥰 ⸻ Preparation Before the Trip Getting ready for the trip was super easy because Singapore is a clean, safe, and convenient country to travel in. Planning wasn’t complicated at all. I downloaded the MRT app on my phone and got an EZ-Link card for seamless travel throughout the trip. Another tip is to pack comfortable clothes since the weather here is hot and humid, similar to tropical climates. ⸻ Day 1: Arrival at Changi Airport and the Extraordinary JEWEL The moment the plane landed at Changi Airport, I knew this place was special! It’s no wonder it’s considered one of the most beautiful and best airports in the world. I headed straight to Jewel Changi Airport, a massive dome filled with lush greenery and the highlight: the “indoor waterfall” called Rain Vortex, which stands an impressive 40 meters tall! It felt like stepping into a fairytale. I spent the afternoon taking countless photos. Jewel also has cute coffee shops and green spaces to explore, giving off the vibe of a small forest in the middle of a bustling city. Afterward, I took the MRT into the city to check in at a hotel in the Bugis area, a charming neighborhood filled with trendy cafes, delicious eateries, and unique shops. The first night ended with a relaxing stroll around the area and a meal of traditional Hainanese chicken rice that was so good I had to recommend it! ⸻ Day 2: Thrills and Fun at Universal Studios Singapore 🎢🎡 On the second morning, I headed to Sentosa Island to visit Universal Studios Singapore, a theme park that will leave you in awe! The rides here are incredibly diverse, from the Transformers 4D ride that makes you feel like you’re in the movie to the Jurassic Park zone that transports you to a world of dinosaurs. It was so thrilling! For lunch, I had a burger in the New York zone, which really gave off the vibe of being in the Big Apple. Then, I moved on to the Far Far Away zone to take photos with the adorable Shrek castle. There were so many photo spots that I couldn’t decide where to start! The day at Universal Studios ended with a spectacular nighttime show featuring lights and sounds. It was a day full of fun and excitement from start to finish. ⸻ Day 3: Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands – Stunning Views On the third day, I visited Gardens by the Bay, a breathtaking botanical garden that’s a must-see for photo enthusiasts! The garden is divided into two main domes: the Cloud Forest, with its tall indoor waterfall and cool atmosphere, and the Flower Dome, filled with flowers from around the world. It was so beautiful that I didn’t want to leave. Next, I went to Marina Bay Sands to enjoy the iconic 360-degree view of Singapore and Marina Bay. At night, the view was mesmerizing, with a light and water show that added to the magic. I took so many photos that my phone battery ran out! 😅 ⸻ Day 4: Shopping and Souvenirs at Orchard Road 🛍️ On the last day, I spent time at Orchard Road, Singapore’s famous shopping street. It’s packed with large malls, luxury brand stores, and cute souvenir shops. I picked up some unique souvenirs like local snacks, perfumes, and small trinkets to bring back home as memories. Before heading back, I enjoyed authentic Singaporean dishes like Hainanese chicken rice and a flavorful lobster soup.
