Afterward, I treated myself to a highly recommended Michelin Guide biryani spot in Singapore, Bismillah Biryani. And wow, it was worth every bite. The lamb shank biryani was incredibly flavorful, with tender, aromatic rice and perfectly spiced meat that melted in your mouth. The unique blend of spices stood out without overpowering the dish, making it a truly unforgettable experience. Definitely a must-try for anyone visiting Singapore!
