Price per Person - $300 per room Rating - 3.5 #staycation #urbanexplorer Tried the Clan Hotel which was opened last year. It is a interesting boutique hotel by Far East Hospitality. The hotel has three room category, Deluxe, Premier and Grand Premier (Grand Premier room is the only room type with a bath tub). Upon arrival, I was served with the welcome tea ceremony which included hot tea, tau sar piah and cold brew tea (upon request). The premier room was spacious and there was a pillow menu selection which we tried out. The hotel has a very interesting u body pillow which I really enjoy and had a good sleep. There was some welcome snacks and drinks provided as part of my package. The hotel also gave all hotel guests some ritual tea and bak ku Teh cookie to bring home. The hotel has a infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi pool as well as a gym (the equipment there are quite different from the other hotels gym). Whilst I enjoy the hotel in term of hardware, the service standard is not up to par as I had a very disappointing check in experience which did not make me feel welcome at all (this did not gel with their hotel motto). The hotel need to improve on their service standard.
