wine & chef is a perfect place for a gathering with your friends, or a perfect date spot. it is located at Keong saik road, which is relatively near to outram mrt. the restaurant serves Italian food, with an Asian twist to it. i tried the Scallop Capellini and it is the best dish in my opinion. the pasta came with fresh Hokkaido scallops and they were very soft, perfect. also ordered the lobster pasta and wow, the lobsters were really fresh and nice. for sides, I ordered a crab cake and Thai style Asari clams. i preferred the clams as the sauce was really good and not too sweet, just nice. the crab cake had a nutty sauce to it. overall my experience was great, the food was really delicious and the interior environment made it comfortable. highly recommended!
