Relaxing Green Stay at Pan Pacific Orchard

Located just off the main Orchard shopping belt beside the Royal Thai Embassy is Pan Pacific Orchard, which just reopened in 2023 with a completely new green design by WOHA Architects. The building is divided into four themes and terraces; I stayed in the Pacific Club Balcony King Room on Level 19, which adopts the silver-blue tint colour scheme of the Cloud Terrace. I loved the modern elements and wooden touches in the room, which made it feel more calming and youthful than a classic business hotel. Standing at only 25sqm (excluding the balcony), space is a luxury and the open concept design contributes to that illusion. The bathroom area can be closed via sliding doors for privacy. Personally, the highlight of the room would be the balcony, a non-airconditioned extension of the room where I could chill on the sofa while taking in the breeze and enjoying the views of the Cloud Terrace in the comfort of my little box.
