Luxurious Breakfast at the Summit Room

#singapore We were staying in the Valley Wing Room of Shangri-La hotel and we get to enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the Summit Room. It is not available to walk-in guests. The food here is carefully – and thoughtfully – prepared. There's a buffet set up with a wide selection of bread, charcuterie, cheeses, fresh fruits, salads, cereals, and yogurts. The a la carte menu features egg dishes, waffles and other warm dishes. We had the grilled filet mignon, waffles, soft boiled eggs with caviar, Burrata Cheese & Prosciutto di Parma. Everything we had tasted so good. The staff were really attentive and friendly. The decor of the restaurant was pleasant and the food and service was impeccable.
