Birthday Meal at Beach Road Kitchen

Beach Road Kitchen is a buffet restaurant at JW Marriott Southbeach Singapore hotel. It was my husband's birthday and what better way than to celebrate it through a good meal with the whole family. Beach road kitchen had a great variety of food at their buffet and I was amazed by their fresh seafood. They served Japanese oysters that were plump and juicy, Alaskan crab legs that were meaty, mussels, huge prawns and lobsters, etc. I loved their sashimi, cured meat/salmon and a great salad bar, complete with different cheeses. At the cooked food section, there were different live stations. There's roasted prime ribs, handmade pizzas, a pasta station, chilli crabs and many other other international cuisines. I was extremely satisfied with all the food. Desserts were equally delicious. The seatings are widely spaced out, giving you sufficient space and privacy, between the tables. At the end of the dinner, a complimentary birthday cake was given to my husband and it's such a sweet gesture from the hotel. A great way to end the night too!
