#TravelPlan Angkor Wat, Cambodia #TravelPlan First Review Angkor Wat in Siem Reap, Cambodia, was truly one of the best destinations of my life. Seeing the magnificent temple in person, which I'd only seen in photos, was even more impressive. I'll never forget waking up at 4 a.m. to watch the sunrise in front of the pond at Angkor Wat. The massive temple slowly emerging from the darkness and the crimson sun rising above it created a truly mystical and majestic scene. As I walked through the ruins, admiring each intricate relief carved into the walls, I felt as if the history and culture of the ancient Khmer Empire were alive and breathing. Comfortable shoes are a must, as there's quite a bit of walking involved. #TravelPlan #AngkorWat #TravelDestinationOfALife
