I have panic attacks and get motion sickness very easily. This trip was very happy. I had no symptoms at all. The most important thing is that I didn't stay up late. I slept a full 7-8 hours. Eat well every meal. I will bring food and chocolate snacks to eat when going up the mountain. I don't recommend taking motion sickness pills because it makes you drowsy.
