I went to MEALS are DELIGHTFUL in Tomigaya, Shibuya, Tokyo! This stylish apartment-like building houses a tableware store on the first floor, a restaurant on the second floor, and a cooking school on the third floor, all of which are shops that "make meals fun through food." The lunch at MEALS on the second floor is simple, with two different dishes that change every month, but you can enjoy seasonal ingredients with a set meal of one soup and three side dishes.
