Park Hyatt Shenzhen | A brief staycation to celebrate a birthday

In my mind, the two Chinese interior design masters have always been Tony and Andre. In the past, Andre’s fewer major projects may have led to some controversy over his level, but I never doubted him. Because through the development of his works and my actual experience, I can feel his clear spatial design logic, as well as the very rare: mature and reusable techniques and artistic system. The only unreasonable point for me is that MO Bar offers no convenience to hotel guests. I understand that this bar, being one of Asia’s top 50, definitely does not lack customers, so walk-in tables are not reservable. But I think if a guest who spent thousands wants to consume there, shouldn’t some priority be given? That day, after I went upstairs and saw a long queue in front, I asked the front desk if they could put me in line by calling my room, but the answer was no. The butler service was very thoughtful, with fruit plates I couldn’t finish and delicious iced lemon tea. At 2:30 a.m., I could still order a bubble bath. The light-colored marble texture is warm and smooth. My first impression of Park Hyatt Shenzhen is that restrained Chinese aesthetic atmosphere. The hotel overall features an elegant Chinese style, yet integrates modern design language, both textured and not heavy. The room is mainly dark wood tones, which for me creates a somewhat deep and heavy atmosphere, which I really like.
