The best place for running is around the small lake. Many flowering lotus plants can be seen. It’s so beautiful! If you’re quiet enough the wild birds will swim close to you. Around the lake are good spots for aerobic fitness. There are some gazebos and benches around the perimeter. Try the long wood boardwalk if you want stretching support. While you’re there you can have the aroma of fresh flowers. Over the lake is a gazebo built in the traditional Chinese Buddhist style. Sit and wait for fish to swim near. It’s a great location during hot, sunny days. Lychee park is home to many different tree and flower species. There are more than five different palm tree species in this area.
