Shenzhen Food Hunt | Irresistible Korean Grilled Beef Offal

In recent years, Korean BBQ restaurants have sprung up all over Shenzhen. This time, I visited a popular BBQ spot with a traditional Korean street stall decor, complete with iron barrels and staff to help grill the meat. The restaurant specializes in beef and pork offal, but I found the prices a bit high and the offal not as fatty and delicious as expected, leaving me somewhat disappointed. There are better options available for the same price. However, the cooked dishes like steamed egg with corn and beef marrow rice were surprisingly good. 😆 Charcoal Grilled Black Beef Offal Platter The beef heart was tender and smooth, really good! The beef tripe was a bit dry and not juicy enough, and the beef intestines were too tough to chew... The beef tongue was delicious! Very juicy with a strong beef flavor, but it was cut too thin and the portion was too small. Steamed Egg with Corn Very tasty, with a thick corn sauce covering the eggs. The eggs were fragrant and smooth, sweet and appetizing! Beef Marrow Rice Large chunks of beef marrow melted into the rice, making the fried rice rich and flavorful. Mixing it with kimchi, seaweed, and beef made it even more delicious! The oily richness filled my mouth! The portion is huge, enough for 3-4 people, very filling and worth the price.
