A mix of solemnity and joy at Beiling Park

Beiling Park, also known as Zhaoling Mausoleum, is located in the Huanggu District of Shenyang and covers an area of 330 hectares. The park is home to towering ancient trees and magnificent buildings, making it one of the largest parks in Shenyang. It is not only the burial site of Emperor Taizong of the Qing Dynasty and Empress Xiaoduanwen, but also a comprehensive tourist destination that combines natural scenery, historical culture, and leisure and entertainment. Beiling Park showcases its unique charm in winter. The solemn and majestic mausoleum buildings stand there, bearing the weight of history. The surrounding trees, like loyal guards, have shed their leaves but appear even more upright. The people skating on the lake in the park add vitality and joy to the solemn scenery. I see children laughing and playing on the ice, with ancient buildings in the background. This blend of old and new is full of romance and harmony, like a poem that intertwines solemnity and joy.
