The bonsai decorations everywhere in the public area of the hotel, the Chinese architecture with white walls and gray tiles, the design of the Chinese garden, the artistic atmosphere given by the stone carvings, and the lakeside environment suddenly give you the illusion of being in an art museum. 🤵🏻‍♀️The service is not bad. I don't know if it's because there are not many rooms in the whole hotel or the occupancy rate is not high on weekends, but there is an illusion that there are more waiters than customers, and the waiters are quite proactive in their service. 📝Opinions and suggestions I stayed at the end of March, and it was almost summer, but the title of the event was still "Winter Fun". This is really careless and needs to be criticized in the hotel internal meeting. Of course, it is also reflected in the hotel's customer activities, which are not rich enough and not valued enough. 🚴‍♀️There is a Jianhu cycling activity, which is quite good, especially in the short spring. 🍰The hotel's catering, I think, can be better. First of all, breakfast, there are not many varieties, but the ingredients are good, such as freshly squeezed juice and exquisite cakes. But it lacks characteristics. There are so many snacks in Shengzhou, which are worth learning from. Then there is the restaurant Pu Show He, which serves fusion cuisine. The taste and appearance of the dishes ordered this time are generally good. I like the pineapple 🍍 and Matsuba pork, but the stinky tofu and persimmon balls are just so-so. By the way, the stinky tofu is served on small stones, which is unsafe when there are children dining.
