Review of the high-speed train from Shangri-La to Kunming

We were very impressed. It was very convenient, easy to travel, and inexpensive. 🚅We started our trip from Kunming and changed cities until we ended up in Shangri-La. We will review the Shangri-La-Kunming route because we really like Shangri-La Station. 🚅Shangri-La Railway Station is very large, very spacious. It is a tourist city but not as crowded as other stations. There is a lot of waiting space, clean restrooms, free hot water, and many shops and restaurants. 🚅We recommend buying train tickets in advance because there is a risk that they will be full and you may get standing tickets. If you buy in advance, you will definitely get a seat. We bought them through China's high-speed train website Railway12306. However, if you are not good at English, you can buy them through Trip.com. There is a small service fee. 🚅The trains here are very punctual. The remaining minutes are according to the time. Check the time on the ticket and it will be displayed on the screen in the station. Most of them are in Chinese, with some English. The main thing is to look at the train number or in the app, there will be a gate and seat number. 🚅 The train is new and there are staff to facilitate. If you have a large bag, I recommend you to get on early so that you have space to put your bag. You can eat on the train. There is hot water available and the toilets on the train are clean.
