📍Shanghai Disney Resort, Shanghai, China ⏰2016.06.18 I've been to Disney almost 10 times while living in Shanghai.. This is a record from the opening week of Shanghai Disneyland. Ticket sales started a few months before opening, and I bought 10 tickets for Saturday of opening week through Kwang Click. I should have bought 5 tickets.. but I accidentally paid twice.. No refunds.. But there were so many people who wanted to go that I gathered a group of people and went. I went again 2 weeks later 🤗🤗🤗 The reason why Disneyland left such a strong impression when it opened was because Disney otakus from all over the world gathered there.. How many Disney fanatics can there be? Western families wearing really strange clothes, with dozens of Disney badges hanging from their big backpacks, Japanese youth,, I really enjoyed people watching! Disney headquarters also deployed many employees, so Western employees were guiding us here and there. The Chinese employees also received a lot of training, so we received a lot of friendly and kind service that we couldn't see in China. (Now they have lost their smiles.. they are annoyed.. Headquarters - management is a bit..) At that time, the world's fastest roller coaster Tron was also shocking. I entered at 8 AM, but because of my energetic friends, I couldn't eat dinner or watch the fireworks. Hahaha I remember running around until 11 AM and playing all day, and then dozing off at the cheesecake cake outside Disney and having dinner.. These days, ticket prices keep going up (they're going up again in January 2022) It's a bit unfair that even the Fast Pass, which used to be free, requires additional payment for each ride..
