In a city full of glamour and luxury many look for spiritual growth as well as the temple offers a bit of serenity in the midst of the big city chaos Shanghai can be filled with. The temple is easily reachable by subway train and is walkable. there are multiple levels and different floors for walking and talking. Inside the temple it is mostly quiet and filled with the sound of prayer. Many can be seen giving offerings and confessing their worries and woes.
