🚅 We traveled to Shanghai Disneyland from our accommodation by subway, which took about 30 minutes. Upon exiting the station, we found a 7-Eleven and Family Mart. We had to stock up on supplies to quench our hunger while we were in Disneyland. You can bring food inside, but tripods are prohibited. There are staff members checking the area at the entrance. ⏰ The gates open around 7 a.m., but we arrived late, so the line wasn't long, and we were able to get in in no time. The day we went, there weren't many people, and the weather was nice and it wasn't raining. We didn't have to wait long for rides, so we got to play most of the popular attractions. 😇 Today was my birthday. You can get birthday pins at the office near the merchandise area. If you pin them to your shirt, they'll say "Happy Birthday" whenever you pass by a Disney staff member or character. It was a unique and incredibly embarrassing experience. 🥰 From the entrance, you'll find several souvenir shops. We stopped to buy some props. Since it was so cold today, a hat to cover your ears would be a great way to keep you warm and entertained all day. So, we opted for a hat. Judy and her partner, Nick, from Zootopia, are wearing matching outfits with their boyfriends, which is so cute! 🏰 Walk to the castle and you'll see plenty of Chinese photographers waiting to take photos. I recommend hiring one. They can take photos of you with the castle or just walking around the park. They're very professional. Be sure to negotiate a price before using their services, as they're skilled at selling and take beautiful photos. You'll lose everything without even realizing it. ✨Tips✨ Download the Shanghai Disneyland app to plan your rides and check the waiting times. 🃏Must-See Rides The highlight is Zootopia. There are always long lines. Most people plan to ride here first, as it's the only one in Shanghai. Soaring over the Horizon is like traveling through time, taking a ride around the world. It's absolutely breathtaking. Don't miss it! No matter how long the line is, you'll have to wait. I recommend going right after the parade ends, running ahead to avoid a long wait. Roaring Rapids: If you don't like getting wet in winter, skip it. Or if you want to ride, don't forget a raincoat. Tron: The roller coaster is great for thrill seekers, but I'd pass. ✨Finally, don't forget to watch the fireworks in the evening. And keep the Disney stamped coins as souvenirs. Personally, as I'm getting older, lol, I don't really want to go on many rides and can't stand waiting in line, but I still enjoy walking around and stamping coins in Disneyland. Just enjoying the atmosphere is worth it!
