The executive privileges at Shanghai Park Hyatt are located on the 86th floor in "Cloudscape," which was converted from half of the original meeting room space. This executive lounge requires an additional purchase and is not the executive lounge for Globalist members. It also differs slightly from Beijing Park Hyatt's "Park Hyatt Moments," where Beijing Park Hyatt offers it complimentary to cash suite guests, but at Shanghai Park Hyatt, it must be purchased regardless of room type. The executive privileges include light snacks (11:30am-2:00pm), afternoon tea (2:30pm-5:00pm), and happy hour (5:30pm-7:30pm). Champagne by Veuve Clicquot is available all day, and the lobster bisque and beef during happy hour are excellent. Very few guests use "Cloudscape"; I worked there for two days, and most of the time I had the place to myself, very quiet. The Park Hyatt brand itself does not typically have an executive lounge. Both Shanghai Park Hyatt and Beijing Park Hyatt offer similar paid "executive lounge" services. Compared to Beijing Park Hyatt's lounge, Shanghai's Cloudscape is also very quiet and private. The afternoon tea offerings are similar, but Shanghai's happy hour is more abundant, featuring both Western and Chinese soups and eight hot buffet dishes, while Beijing offers a five-course à la carte menu, which is relatively simpler. Additionally, Guangzhou Park Hyatt and Shenzhen Park Hyatt do not have separate lounge spaces but were the first two Park Hyatts to start selling "happy hour," also called "Social hour."
