Fotografiska is a global center for photographic art from Stockholm, Sweden, bringing together legendary works by international photography masters and creations by local pioneering visual artists. It offers carefully curated exhibitions, events, music parties, salon-themed lectures, and a series of cultural activities, redefining the contemporary photographic art experience. My favorite part of this exhibition is Martin Parr’s "Concise and Clear." He is an outstanding British photographer known for his humor, satire, and keen observation. His works deeply reflect social realities, critiquing social norms and consumer culture. The exhibition includes 11 important series, notably featuring rare images from Parr’s first visit to China in 1985 and his second visit in the late 1990s, showcasing multiple facets of Chinese society through his lens. These works not only document China’s social changes but also demonstrate Parr’s sharp insight into multiculturalism. Other exhibitions like "Wild at Heart" and Rinko Kawauchi’s solo exhibition are also worth a visit. The café on the first floor offers great views, with large floor-to-ceiling windows filled with greenery, very soothing to the eyes.
