Shanghai Xintiandi Restaurant! Great atmosphere and taste!

I want to introduce you to 'GREEN & SAFE' (Xintiandi branch) restaurant, where I had a truly delicious meal✨. They operate their own organic farm, so it's a healthy restaurant that adheres to the slogan 'From Farm to Table'!🌿 I tried their most famous 'Yunnan Black Truffle Mushroom Pizza', which comes with a soft-boiled quail egg on top. When you take a bite, the yolk bursts and flows, perfectly complementing the mushrooms. It was so good! 👍🏻 The 'Organic Beef Egg Soup' 🥚 is made with organic beef raised in Inner Mongolia, free from hormones and antibiotics, giving it a tender and rich taste that made me feel healthier~! For dessert, I enjoyed Rose Tea & Carrot Cake. Rose tea is known as '素颜水' among women 🌹 and is highly recommended as a must-drink in spring. It was great for relieving the fatigue accumulated during the trip. The 'Carrot Cake' 🥕 is made with organic carrots and Italian extra virgin olive oil, offering a natural sweetness and softness that was very healing. The food was delicious, but the interior, filled with the vibrant energy of spring, and the unique photo spots with giant mushrooms and clocks hanging in the air, make it a great place for those who love taking pictures! These dishes are very popular on Chinese social media, and I think they'll become famous in Korea too!
