Just set the destination on your GPS. For Parking Lot 1, it’s recommended to park at P1, shaded by trees. Parking fee is 20 RMB per visit. - Public transport: You can first go to Baoyang Road Pier, then take a fast boat to Chongming County South Gate Pier, transfer to the South-East Line or South River Line to Dongping; or take the Shen-Chong Line 1 from downtown to Chenjia Town, then take the Nan-Yu Line to South Gate and transfer to the South-East or South River Line to the forest park. 💡Must-try activities and featured spots - Deer Paradise: Get up close and personal with sika deer. The park schedules sika deer parades at 10:45-11:45 AM and 2:15-3:15 PM, don’t miss it. You can also buy a bag of deer biscuits for 10 RMB to feed them—the fawns are super cute and gentle. - Peacock Garden: There are peacock flights daily at 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM. The peacocks’ tail displays are stunning and breathtaking in person.
