Jing'an Sculpture Park

Jing'an Sculpture Park is located in Jing'an District, Shanghai, enclosed by Beijing West Road, Shimen Second Road, Shanhaiguan Road, and Chengdu North Road. It covers a total area of approximately 65,000 square meters and serves three main functions: public recreation, sculpture exhibition, and art exchange. The park was first built in October 2007, with Phase 1 and Phase 2 completed and opened in February 2008 and April 2010, respectively. It is a specialized sculpture park with a modern garden style, featuring contemporary sculpture works by world-renowned artists from France, the United States, Belgium, and other countries. The park is an open urban park that prioritizes people and greenery, with sculpture as its theme and exhibition as its means. It is a harmonious urban park where greenery, sculptures, and small ornaments blend seamlessly. At the same time, it provides a place for citizens to enjoy recreation, leisure, and artistic influence, creating a model for the combination of urban green space and cultural facilities in downtown Shanghai.
