This is the New York Bagelous Museum, the most popular bagel shop right now. It is located on Xintaindi Road. You have to queue up to buy it. We did not miss out and immediately queued up to buy it. The staff will let you in in rounds, about 10 people per round. You have to go in, put your things in a basket, and pay. You can either buy it to take home or eat it outside the shop. Today, we chose to sit outside the shop. The atmosphere is great because the weather here is about 10 degrees. Inside, they have many flavors to choose from, such as the original flavor or their signature red bean filling. But today, we chose chocolate and blueberry cream cheese. I personally like the blueberry cream cheese the most. The dough is a little chewy, like a bagel, but the cream cheese and blueberry are deliciously sour and sweet.
