Shanghai! A budget hotel worth a second visit!! So good to stay in!!

Kempinski Hotel Shanghai: A great accommodation option in Lujiazui Kempinski Hotel Shanghai is located in the bustling Lujiazui area, with a prime location and convenient transportation. You can easily walk to popular attractions such as Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, Oriental Pearl Tower, Super Brand Mall, and the Disney flagship store, which not only saves time on public transportation but also eliminates the cost of taking a taxi, making travel more efficient and convenient. In terms of room types, I booked an Executive Twin Room, which was quite spacious. The room was equipped with a double sofa and a single sofa, a coffee table, and a work area, which could well meet the needs of different guests, whether for leisure or business. As for the dining experience, the package I booked included breakfast and dinner for two. The breakfast was average, with not a wide variety of options, but it could meet basic dining needs. The dinner, on the other hand, was quite impressive, with delicious dishes such as crayfish, sea snails, and oysters, and sashimi was available without queuing and unlimited, so diners could enjoy as much as they wanted. There was a small children's play area outside the dining area, with a TV playing cartoons continuously, where children could have fun while waiting for their meals, adding convenience and fun to family dining. The hotel has many highlights. The bathroom design is very thoughtful, with separate toilets, bathtubs, and shower areas, each with a door, which is very suitable for families with two adults and two children, as it allows multiple people to use it without interfering with each other, ensuring convenience and privacy. In addition, the hotel is very considerate of children, not only providing special disposable items for children but also preparing small toys and fruit plates, making children feel full of care. The pool area is also satisfying. The pool has floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, offering a wide view. There is a standard pool and two children's hot pools, with the children's pool near the Oriental Pearl Tower having a higher water temperature of about 40 degrees, and the other warm pool having a water temperature of about 34 degrees, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Huangpu River while swimming. Bottled water and clean bath towels are provided by the pool, and staff regularly clean up the water around the pool to ensure a clean and safe pool environment. Overall, my stay at Kempinski Hotel Shanghai was very satisfying, with the hotel performing well in all aspects and no obvious shortcomings. If I have the same accommodation needs next time, this hotel will still be a quality option worth considering.
