📍Bang Gao Jin Tang I've lived in Korea for a long time, but I'd like to introduce you to the most delicious and impressive haejangguk and gamjatang restaurant I've ever eaten, "Bang Gao Jin Tang" 🥇 Gamjatang is a spicy soup pot filled with pork on the bone that's been boiled until it's almost falling apart, and plenty of potatoes and leafy vegetables! Gamjatang is something that everyone eats while simmering in a large pot, and haejangguk is gamjatang simmered in a single-serving tteukbaegi! I had the single-serving Haejangguk✨ While many restaurants these days only serve 1-2 chunks of meat, this one had 3 large chunks of meat and plenty of vegetables✨ The spicy soup was rich and flavorful with the perilla flavor, and it was the most delicious Haejangguk I've ever had🥹✨ The accompanying kakteok and kimchi were also delicious, and it was great to eat with the meat!
