You can enjoy any sandwich as a set with a long black (Americano) for an additional 3,000 KRW (drink substitution not allowed). The FOURB Jambon Beurre (single 8,200 KRW, set 11,200 KRW) is a classic Jambon Beurre bagel sandwich made with ham and butter. The Volcano Fig (single 8,200 KRW, set 11,200 KRW) features a Volcano bagel topped with cheese, filled with ham, fig spread, and pickles. The Onion Lox (single 9,800 KRW, set 12,800 KRW) includes a smoked salmon, plain spread, onion, capers, and lemon zest on an onion bagel. They all look delicious! Today, the Onion Lox sandwich was sold out. As a Jambon Beurre enthusiast, I chose the Jambon Beurre without hesitation, but my friend was disappointed as they had heard great things about the Onion bagel. We ordered one set per person for our group of four, but three sets would have been sufficient. Nevertheless, we finished everything. The photo only shows three sets. Since the Onion Lox was unavailable, we ordered two sets of FOURB Jambon Beurre and two sets of Volcano Fig. The iced Americano was rich and flavorful, and the sandwiches were so good that we immediately exchanged approving glances with each other after the first bite. This place is definitely a hidden gem! The sandwiches taste even better when warm. My favorite Jambon Beurre spot, Salt House Deli, has some serious competition now. Sorry, Salt House, but FOURB takes the crown for me! 😊
