Reflections of Spring: Cherry Blossoms at Seokchon Lake

#cherryblossom25 Each spring, Seokchon Lake in Seoul’s Songpa District transforms into a picturesque haven as over 1,000 cherry trees bloom along its twin lakes. The Seokchon Lake Cherry Blossom Festival, scheduled for April 2–6, 2025, celebrates this natural spectacle with cultural performances, exhibitions, and hands-on activities.  Visitors can stroll the 2.5 km trail encircling the lake, enjoying views of the blossoms reflected in the water, with landmarks like Lotte World Tower and Magic Island providing a stunning backdrop. As evening falls, the illuminated cherry trees create a magical ambiance, offering a unique nighttime experience.
