Day 2 of Seoul Trip: A Relaxed Exploration of the Ancient Korean Houses and Street Style

On my second day in Seoul, I explored the diverse landscape of this city at a leisurely pace. First, walk into Bukchon Hanok Village. The traditional Korean buildings here make people feel like traveling back in time. The stone paths, wooden windows and tiled houses between the alleys, every detail retains a strong Korean style, quietly telling the story of the times. Walking slowly along the path and wandering in this rare quiet atmosphere, I felt like I was integrated into the painting of Seoul's history. Then we came to Gyeongbokgung Palace, where the majestic palace and quiet courtyard have a magnificence that cannot be ignored amid the hustle and bustle of the city. Especially the guard handover ceremony, the solemn atmosphere and the ancient costumes made me feel the majesty and solemnity of the ancient Korean court, as if I had instantly entered a historical scene, bringing a different shocking experience. In the afternoon, we headed to Gwangjang Market to taste traditional snacks such as sugar cakes and twisted dough rolls. The sweet taste bloomed on the tip of the tongue, making people want to feast on it. These ordinary snacks are particularly charming in the bustling market, bringing me closer to the daily lives of local people. Finally, take a stroll in Hongdae. The lively atmosphere of this area always makes people linger.
