Forest nature feel in the midst of Seoul

Namsan park provides a wonderful opportunity to feel like you are in a pine forest while you are actually in the heart of Seoul city. It is pretty big with numerous paths to hike/run/walk. Some paths are more crowded, some - are absolutely empty and give a serene feeling of being somewhere far away in the mountains. Plus, it's always good for your cardio to walk some ups and downs! And it is extremely safe even at night. I walked at Namsan mountain park numerous times around midnight and it is safe and quiet in the best Korean way. Tip: while most of the wider paths are well lit, some paths lack any sort of illumination, so be sure your phone battery will allow you to use your phone flashlight. #koreatrip #korea #southkorea #seoultrip #seoul
