We ordered one Gopchang Cheongyang Cream Pasta and house beef steak! The meat doesn't melt in your mouth, but it's not chewy and rich! It tastes even better when you eat it with sweet potato mousse! The Gopchang Pasta is even tastier because it uses gopchang that's been thoroughly soaked in gopchang! If you put one gopchang on the noodles mixed with egg yolk, it tastes really good. 🤍 The gopchang flavor isn't strong, but the rich flavor permeates the pasta, making it even tastier. I tried other menus, but they were all satisfying!
