He said that you can't order the special sirloin cutlet unless you order it right after it opens. I went with two people and ordered assorted cutlets, cheese cutlets, and cold buckwheat noodles. There is yuzu-flavored salad dressing and a water bottle at each table. I don't like the yuzu flavor, so I ate the cabbage raw, but I like cabbage, so it was okay. My friend said that it was good because they serve boiled water. The cold buckwheat noodles were cooked just right, so the texture was good. The buckwheat soup was familiar. I like it. The cheese cutlet was delicious because the fried coating wasn't greasy, but the portion was small. I'm glad I ordered cold buckwheat noodles. The amount of assorted cutlets was just right, and I thought it would be greasy because of the fatty portion of the sirloin, but it wasn't. The menu was all delicious, and the batter didn't feel too oily. The soup was a little spicy, so it went better with the pork cutlet than the basic soup.
