Ttukseom Shinsang Pretzel Restaurant, Brady Post Seongsu Branch

I heard that Brady Post, a pretzel restaurant that was only in Sinyongsan Station, opened in Seongsu, so I ran over there right away! From new menus using yakgwa to signature menus with solid basics.. I visited during lunch time, so I was a little disappointed that the time was short, but it was still so great that I could enjoy everything from meal to dessert at once. The weather was nice, and the terrace seats were full of sunlight, so I had a happy lunch while photosynthesizing! We ordered the signature menu, butter pepper, a set of mini pretzels that are limited to 30 per day, pepperoni pretzels, onion potato soup, and tomato soup. In my opinion, the most delicious one was, of course, the signature menu, butter pepper! The sweet and rich butter cream with pepper sprinkled on it gave it a slightly greasier feel. Mini pretzels consist of just 5 basic flavors, so it was great to try a variety of flavors at once, especially.. the pepperoni pretzels dipped in tomato soup were a fantastic combination that you wouldn't need a separate pizza...ㅎ In addition to what we ordered, I also recommend the hot yakgwa pretzels and the salty meal replacement bacon & chive pretzels!
