Instant Tteokbokki Restaurant “Motongine” Featured on You Quiz

📍33 Gukjegeumyung-ro 6-gil, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul I heard there was a delicious tteokbokki restaurant at Yeouido Department Store near Yeouido Station, so I went there! It was a small tteokbokki restaurant on the first basement floor of Yeouido Department Store. There were a lot of restaurants there, so I was walking around and looked at a place where the scent of perilla leaves was wafting, and it was right on the corner.ㅎㅎ I went during lunch time on a weekday, so the restaurant was mostly filled with office workers! Fortunately, there was one empty table, so I was able to eat right away, but I heard there was a wait during peak hours. I think it’s a great value restaurant if office workers are lining up to eat there! The tteokbokki is cheap, and it has a lot of fragrant perilla leaves in it, and it was a little spicier than other tteokbokki, so it tasted even better. The french fries that the owner recommended tasted exactly like the french fries you get at Cheongnyeon Dabang, a famous tteokbokki restaurant.
