🌿 My Jeju Island Experience + Travel Tips 🏞️
Jeju Island truly feels like stepping into a dream — from breathtaking coastlines to peaceful countryside, it’s a place that makes you slow down and simply take it all in. Here’s a quick glimpse into my experience, and a few tips I’d love to share:
✨ What I Loved:
• Seongsan Ilchulbong (Sunrise Peak): A magical sunrise spot! The early wake-up was so worth it. Wear comfy shoes — there’s a bit of a climb, but the view is unforgettable.
• Jeongbang Waterfall: One of the few waterfalls in Asia that falls directly into the ocean. A must-see.
• Local Cafés: Jeju’s café culture is on another level. Coastal cafés with panoramic views, tangerine desserts, and matcha lattes — yes, please 🍊☕
• Black Pork BBQ (Heuk-dwaeji): So juicy and flavorful. Try it grilled with garlic and wrapped in lettuce — a total Jeju specialty.

✈️ Travel Tips:
1. Rent a car: Public transport is limited. Having a car gives you the freedom to explore beaches, mountains, and quiet villages at your own pace.
2. Offline maps + translation apps: Super helpful when you’re navigating or ordering food in rural areas.
3. Dress in layers: Jeju weather can be windy, especially near the coast. A light windbreaker was a lifesaver.
4. Bring cash: While many places accept cards, some smaller shops and rural attractions only take cash.
5. Respect nature: Jeju is pristine. Locals are proud of their clean environment, so be sure to leave no trace and follow local signage.

Would I go back? In a heartbeat. 🌺
Jeju gave me space to breathe, explore, and reset — a place that feels like a movie scene, but it’s real. If you’re thinking about going, take this as your sign!
