Ancient City of Ephesus in Türkiye

🌳 Located in Izmir Province in western Türkiye, the ancient city of Ephesus was a port city built by the ancient Greeks of Ionia. 🔮 The moment I arrived in Ephesus, it felt like I had traveled back in time to the heart of an ancient Roman city. Walking along the stone-paved streets, I was greeted by the sight of the grand amphitheater and the Library of Celsus, whose scale and intricate design left me in awe. 🌺 The marble columns and delicate carvings of the library especially made me realize that this place was once a hub of knowledge and culture. 🌲 As the sunlight glistened on the ruins and the breeze swept through, the scenery of the ancient city gave the illusion that the citizens of Ephesus were still wandering these streets. It was truly an unforgettable experience.
