Jingisukan Daruma: A Must-Try in Sapporo

If you haven't tried this place, you can't say you've truly been to Sapporo. // Jingisukan Daruma // Grilled Lamb 🐐 I've been craving this place for years and finally got to eat here again. One of the highlights of this trip was convincing my travel companion, who usually dislikes lamb, to give it a try. They ended up loving it and kept saying, "This is so delicious!" When I first started coming here, I insisted on dining at the main branch. However, the wait times there are quite long. Over time, more branches have opened in the Susukino area, offering more comfortable seating and much better ventilation systems. Some branches even allow online reservations.
